HR Executive

Sri Lanka — Remote / Hybrid · LKR 90,000 – 350,000 / month

Support recruitment, employee operations, HR administration, and people development across Techx4u.

Techx4u is looking for an HR Executive to support our growing team and establish efficient people operations. You will work across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, policies, performance support, and day-to-day HR administration. The successful candidate should be organized, confidential, approachable, and comfortable working in a technology-focused and remote-friendly environment.

What you will do

  • Manage recruitment activities from job posting through onboarding.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Prepare onboarding and offboarding documentation.
  • Support employee policies, procedures, and internal communications.
  • Assist with performance reviews and employee development activities.
  • Maintain HR reports and ensure employee information is kept confidential.

What we are looking for

  • 1–3 years of HR or people operations experience.
  • Good understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.

Nice to have

  • HR qualification or degree/diploma.
  • Experience in a technology or MSP company.
  • Experience recruiting technical roles.
  • Experience with HRIS or employee management platforms.
  • Knowledge of Sri Lankan employment practices.
  • Experience supporting remote teams.
