How we hire

The same four stages for every role, so you always know what comes next. You can follow your application at each step from the candidate area.

  1. Step 1

    Apply

    Send your CV as a PDF and answer a few short questions. No account to set up first.

  2. Step 2

    Screening

    A member of the team reads every application and replies, whatever the decision.

  3. Step 3

    Interview

    Usually one or two conversations, scheduled in your time zone, focused on real work.

  4. Step 4

    Offer

    A written offer from the Sri Lanka or United States entity, paid in your currency.

Questions candidates ask

Can I work remotely?
Yes. Techx4u is remote by default, with shift-based schedules where a role needs cover at particular hours. The job description says if a role needs any time on site.
How will I know where my application stands?
Sign in to the candidate area with the email address you applied with. You will see each stage, from applied to offer, and any interview invitations.
What happens to my data?
Your application data is used only for recruitment and is deleted 12 months after your last activity.
