Call Center Representative

Remote / Hybrid · USD 70,000 – 220,000 / month

Deliver professional customer support and handle inbound and outbound calls for technology services.

Techx4u is seeking a Call Center Representative to communicate with customers and prospects through phone, email, and other communication channels. The role involves handling customer enquiries, following up on requests, scheduling calls, qualifying leads, and ensuring customer issues are properly documented and routed to the appropriate team.

What you will do

  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond professionally to enquiries.
  • Make outbound follow-up and lead qualification calls.
  • Record customer information and conversations accurately.
  • Create and update support or sales tickets.
  • Follow up on pending customer requests.
  • Escalate technical or service issues to the appropriate team.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.

What we are looking for

  • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Clear and professional telephone communication.
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Ability to work with CRM, ticketing, email, and communication systems.
  • Ability to remain professional when dealing with difficult customers.

Nice to have

  • Experience in an IT or technology company.
  • Experience with international customers.
  • Previous B2B customer service experience.
  • CRM or help desk experience.
  • Basic understanding of IT services.
